If you want to be challenged and take your yoga practice to the next level, then perfect those asanas at the Zen Den. I was driven by the enthusiastic teachers. I stayed focused with the uplifting soundtracks; and my sweaty and exhausted self fell out of a few poses within the fast paced vinyasa. But that's all ok at this studio. I felt safe and welcomed there; but most of all I gained inner peace, strength and a hip new yoga studio!
Be prepared to not get out of your physical comfort zone, but also get ready to throw away your self limiting beliefs. This practice will leave you soaked, revitalized and renewed. Go for it!
"Yes you can" is the best way to describe this one of a kind yoga studio. I have been consistently practicing at the Zen Den with Arianne Green for the past six years. Ari's classes are humbling, invigorating, sweaty and welcoming. Her positive attitude shines throughout the whole practice and before you know it you're in poses that you didn't think you were capable of. You will walk out of the Zen Den feeling happy, sweaty and with more friends than you would imagine !!!!!
No nonsense studio. Challenging classes with experienced instructors. Come prepared to work and sweat :)
