Wow. Just called to make an appointment, Linda picked up the phone... Had a robotic interaction for about 15 seconds, hardly got any responses and when I did, I could FEEL the angst in her voice. Finally she gave me two times to come in, and I said I'd call back, and she said 'Fine' and immediately hung up before I could reply. Harsh. Didn't even get my first appointment, but not going to try again!
