They do not know what they are doing. They ruined a dress eventhough they we specifically told not to iron or steam the leather. The leather is burnt and shrinked so much the entire dress is schrivelled up. It can not be fixed and must be thrown out!!!! They were very nasty about it and did not provide an acceptable solution. The even wanted to charge me for another dress they did not ruin but ironed terribly, way below the standard of what any professional cleaner should do! Do not take anything valuable to them. They do not know what they are doing!!!!!

I had my cleaning and tailoring done here and they did an excellent job. I asked them to have my clothes in two business days and they finished all the job! They did not charge me extra for rushed order and the owner was such a nice person. I would recommend then for any type of dry cleaning and tailoring services!
